Aaron joined the firm in 2005 and is now the Managing Partner. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Capilano College, earned his Certified Management Accountant designation in 2007 and his Chartered Accountant designation in 2012. Having two separate legacy designations as well as a focus on information technology allows Aaron to provide our accounting clients with systems and operational assistance as well as solid business advice.

Mike received his Bachelor of Applied Science at the University of Toronto in April, 2004. He started articling as a CA student at Ribeyre CPA in 2006 and obtained his CA designation in 2008. Since then, he completed all three years of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants in-depth tax program which provides the most comprehensive, practical and relevant income tax training in Canada. He has been the firm’s tax partner since 2014 and has his own clients where he provides compilation, review, audit and tax work.
Katrina Russell

Katrina graduated from Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business in 2013, obtaining her BBA with concentrations in accounting and finance. She obtained her CPA designation in August 2017 and became a partner in 2022. In addition to working on a variety of compilation, assurance, and tax files, she is also the primary trainer of new staff and a quality control reviewer.

Emmy graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2005, obtaining her Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in accounting and economics. She obtained her CPA, CA designation in 2009 and became a partner in 2022. In addition to working on a variety of compilations, review, audit, and tax files, she also handles trust reports required by The Law Society of British Columbia. Emmy also obtained her Certified Financial Planner certificate in 2022. Emmy currently functions as the firm’s production manager.
Ted Ribeyre

Ted founded the firm in 1994 first as Ted Ribeyre Ltd., which was later changed to Ribeyre & Company, and then to Ribeyre CPA. He has retired from full time work as of September 2022, but continues to advise and consult on an as-needed basis.

Olga graduated from the University of Novosibirsk in 2010 and received her Diploma in Accounting from Thompson Rivers University in 2012. That same year, she joined the staff at Ribeyre CPA as a CA articling student. She is experienced in handling a variety of assignments including compilation, review engagements, tax and audit work. In 2014, Olga earned her CPA, CA designation and is now functioning as a manager supervising team based assignments.

Christopher graduated from BCIT with a Bachelor of Accounting Degree and is a two- time CPA Foundation Award recipient. He is an accredited CPA who achieved National Honour Roll status on the CFE in 2019 and earned his designation in 2021. Chris is one of the firm’s managers in addition to actively working on a variety of tax, assurance and compilation engagements. Prior to entering the accounting profession, he worked as a financial planner and has held his Certified Financial Planner designation since 2010.

Egile is a seasoned finance professional with rich experience in audit, assurance, and accounting advisory services. He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Covenant University in Nigeria in 2013. He then went on get his Associate Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 2019 and Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditors in 2025. Egile’s career includes working with a Big Four firm in Africa and North America, bringing a wealth and breadth of expertise to financial reporting, full cycle accounting and compliance engagements. Egile joined Ribeyre CPA in 2025 and is one of the firm’s managers.

Adam graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural
Anthropology and the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education. He has worked in a wide variety of industries but most recently worked as an inventory manager and retail buyer in the recreational scuba diving industry in the Cayman Islands. He is responsible for a variety of tax, assurance and compilation engagements and he enjoys working with clients on strategic planning. Adam obtained his CPA designation in January 2025. When not working on accounting assignments, Adam can be found volunteering with a local Marine Search and Rescue unit.

Russell holds a Computer Systems Operations and Management diploma. He has been working with Ribeyre CPA since 1994. His combined computer and accounting courses allow him to install and support our clients accounting systems. He provides one on one training in bookkeeping and accounting software and technical support. Russell is a certified consultant for both ACCPAC Plus and Sage 300.

Fiona joined Ribeyre CPA in 1998 and left public practice in 2003. She received her CGA accounting designation in 2004 but set it aside to focus on family. She continues to work as a self-employed bookkeeper across various industries and has over 20 years of experience in accounts payable, receivable, payroll and bookkeeping systems. Fiona rejoined Ribeyre CPA in 2023 and works on a variety of accounting and bookkeeping engagements.
