While doing our work we review our clients' financial and tax affairs. We are proactive and plan our work to minimize our clients' overall personal and corporate taxes.

We work with our clients to develop long-term tax plans that may involve incorporation of new companies and transfers of assets and shares between corporations and their shareholders. We assist in this process by developing the best tax strategy and then working with our clients' and their lawyers to assist with carrying out the tax plan.
